How quickly will I hear back?
Within five business days. The first reply comes from someone who does this work.
What happens after I ask?
We read it and come back with questions or a time to talk. After that call, we put a written proposal together, usually within two weeks, covering what we would build first, what it costs and when it goes live.
Do I need a budget before I get in touch?
No. Most people arrive with a problem and no number attached to it. The proposal is where the number comes from, tied to the outcomes the system delivers, so you can take it to your board.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is the normal starting point. Describe what keeps going wrong and who it affects. Working out what to build is part of what thinkbridge does.
Who will I be talking to?
Someone from the team who builds these systems. If it becomes a project, the people on that first call stay on it.
Can I book a call instead of filling in the form?
