thinkbridge for specialty systems integrators: Take on the builds your bench can't staff.
Clients want a system that fits.
Platforms cover the standard work. The gaps around them are custom, and they are often where the value is. That work needs engineers your bench may not have free.
Where SI partners start.
Start with one gap on an account you already run, then make custom builds part of what you sell.
Fill a gap on a live account
Pick the workflow, integration or agent the platform doesn't cover. thinkbridge builds it alongside your team, so the program stays on track.
Add a custom build offer
Offer custom systems and modernization with outcome-based pricing. You don't have to hire for it or build your own agentic engineering capability.
Win the work you used to pass on
Bid on the projects that don't fit a standard implementation. Your strategy role grows because you can deliver what you advise.
What your clients could use it for.
Some of these sit next to the platform you implement. Others replace a system that no longer fits.
Fill the gaps around a platform
The platform handles the standard work. thinkbridge builds the pieces it can't, such as a pricing engine, a field app or a partner portal, and connects them to the core.
Replace an ERP or CRM
When a packaged system would need to be bent too far, thinkbridge builds one around how the client works. It goes live in about four months, with no license fees.
Modernize a legacy system
Connect the systems they have
Data moves between the ERP, the CRM and everything else without re-keying, so every team works from the same numbers.
Build a workflow system
Approvals, scheduling, pricing or reporting that run on spreadsheets and email become one system with permissions and an audit trail.
Put AI agents into production
Agents that do real work inside the client's systems, such as matching, triage or drafting, running in the client's own environment with people approving what matters.
Three ways to partner.
Refer the work, deliver it together, or have thinkbridge build it and hand it back to your team.
You introduce the client. thinkbridge contracts, builds and supports, and you stay the client's advisor. You lead the program. thinkbridge builds as part of your team, under your brand if you prefer.thinkbridge builds the system with you, then hands the code and the know-how to your team to run.
Leads this step
Every build follows the same six steps.

Questions from SIs, answered.
How does thinkbridge work with specialty systems integrators?
How are the three partner models different?
In the referral model, you introduce the client and thinkbridge scopes, contracts, builds and supports the system while you stay the client's advisor. In the co-delivery model, you lead the program and the client, and thinkbridge builds as part of your team, under your brand if you prefer. In the build and hand back model, thinkbridge builds the system with your team involved, then hands over the code and documentation so your team can run and extend it.
Does this replace the platforms we implement?
Usually not. Many clients keep a platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP or NetSuite at the core. thinkbridge builds what sits around it, such as workflows, integrations and AI agents. When a packaged system is the wrong fit, it can build a replacement instead.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, in every model. You keep the strategy and advisory role. The rules of engagement for each deal are agreed with the partner team before work starts.
How is the work priced?
Pricing is outcome-based, and payments follow the value delivered. The commercial terms for each partner model are agreed with the partner team before the first deal.
How long does a build take?
A full system goes live in about four months. Smaller pieces, such as a single integration or workflow, are scoped on their own.
Who owns the software thinkbridge builds?
The client owns the code, the data model and the roadmap. There are no license fees, and nothing reverts to thinkbridge.
What happens after go-live?
Managed care keeps the system running and improving. Low-risk changes ship to a beta the client approves, so nothing changes without sign-off. In the co-delivery and build and hand back models, your team can take front-line support.
How is client data kept secure?
There's a new way there™.
Take on the builds you used to turn down. The partner team will show you how thinkbridge fits into your delivery.
